Do you have a young musician in your family or community in grades 5–12?
Tell them about the NJSO’s Greater Newark Youth Orchestras!
Auditions will be held for select instruments in January 2011 and for all orchestral instruments in June 2011 at Rutgers-Newark University in Bradley Hall, 110 Warren St., Newark, New Jersey (dates TBA). The auditions will be judged by a panel of NJSO musicians who serve as coaches for the program. Acceptance will be based on audition requirements, which demonstrate ability on the instrument, and the program's instrument needs.
