Music at Moorland, a magical evening of open-air dining, classical music and spectacular fireworks on the lawn of Moorland Farms in Far Hills, is a much-anticipated event for the young and young at heart. THE ARTS COUNCIL OF THE MORRIS AREA'S
GIRALDA 2010 MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL
   
Start the summer right by attending the Arts Council of the Morris Area’s fabulous Giralda Music and Arts Festival on Sunday, June 27, 2010. Held in Madison, NJ on the gracious lawns of Giralda Farms (the former Geraldine R. Dodge estate), this event features a spectacular outdoor concert by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra with soloists from Opera New Jersey in addition to an art exhibit and sale, a performance by alternative rock band Moss Points North, and an exciting variety of hands-on activities in music, visual arts, and historic crafts - for children, teens and adults. Ice cream, popcorn and other dessert treats along with beverages will be available for purchase. In keeping with Giralda tradition, there will be generous prizes for the most inventive picnics and the exciting 50/50 raffle (in support of Arts Council scholarship funds). Bring your friends, families, classmates, neighbors or come by yourself to help welcome summer with the Arts Council in this fun and very affordable way.
