Beethoven's Leonore Overture No. 3 introduces Poulenc’s lighthearted, jazz-influenced double concerto, played by twin sisters! Brahms composed his second symphony while visiting the Austrian Alps; abundant in flowing melodies, it finds the composer in a cheerful and expansive mood.
